To those of you who aren’t from Virginia and don’t know who she is, she’s a freaking monster. At regionals today she broke 5 minutes in the mile and 11 minutes in the two mile in the Arthur Ashe center. Which happens to be the worst facility in the state. It’s a 145 meter track with a  no spikes allowed surface(that’s a 22 lap 3200 if you’re too lazy to do the math). She also broke the meet record and facility record. She’s a beast.
